Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using VoxPlan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use VoxPlan.
Service Description
VoxPlan is a voice-powered calendar assistant for iOS. It allows you to create, view, and manage calendar events using voice input. The app integrates with iOS Calendar (via EventKit) and optionally with Google Calendar.
VoxPlan uses third-party services for voice transcription and calendar integration. Voice features are powered by Mistral AI, Europe’s leading AI lab. Availability and functionality of these services may change.
Your data is processed securely and in compliance with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Accounts and Access
VoxPlan does not require account creation. If you choose to connect Google Calendar, you authenticate directly with Google. VoxPlan does not store your Google password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any accounts you connect to VoxPlan.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use VoxPlan only for its intended purpose — managing your personal calendar events. You may not use VoxPlan to:
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application; use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; interfere with or disrupt the app's services or servers; or use automated systems to access the app in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.
Intellectual Property
VoxPlan and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VoxPlan and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your calendar data remains yours — VoxPlan claims no ownership over any data you create or manage through the app.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
VoxPlan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
VoxPlan relies on voice transcription which may not always be perfectly accurate. You should verify event details before confirming. VoxPlan is not liable for any missed, incorrect, or duplicate calendar events resulting from transcription errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxPlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using VoxPlan at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these terms are violated.
