What VoxPlan Collects
VoxPlan collects only the minimum data needed to function. When you use voice event creation, audio is recorded locally on your device and sent securely for transcription and event parsing. Audio and transcripts are not stored after processing. VoxPlan reads and writes calendar data on your device only to display and create events you request.

Voice Audio
When you tap the microphone, your audio is sent to a secure processing service to transcribe your request and extract event details such as title, date, time, duration, and location. Audio is processed only when you explicitly start voice input. Audio and transcripts are not stored after processing is complete.
VoxPlan uses Mistral AI for voice understanding and event extraction. Requests are transmitted securely and handled with GDPR-conscious processing practices.
Calendar Data
VoxPlan can access your iOS calendar through EventKit. This access is used only to display calendars and create, edit, or delete events on your behalf. Calendar data stays on your device and is not sent to VoxPlan servers. It is not sold, shared for advertising, or used for tracking.
No Tracking or Advertising
VoxPlan does not use advertising identifiers, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not sell your data. Your data is used only for app functionality.
Data Retention
VoxPlan stores app data locally on your device as needed to provide calendar functionality. No voice recordings or transcripts are retained on VoxPlan servers after processing. If you remove the app, locally stored app data is deleted from your device.
Third-Party Services
VoxPlan uses a secure external service for voice transcription and AI processing. Audio is sent to a Cloudflare Worker endpoint and processed using Mistral AI, Europe’s leading AI lab, then immediately discarded. No audio or transcript is retained after the response is returned.
Your data is processed securely and in compliance with GDPR.
Children
VoxPlan is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
